All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, tagged and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for exchange. We do not accept returns; only exchanges upon approval.
IN OUR RETAIL STORE: Exchanges must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase receipt. You must obtain and present your original sales receipt. Your exchange item must equal the same or less amount of original purchase. Any balance remainder will become a store credit toward a future purchase.
ONLINE ORDERS: Exchanges must be received within 14 days from the date of receipt. We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.
